Lane Armstrong

Co-Founder & Managing Partner

Lane brings 11 years of real estate experience across ownership, investment, lending, and operations, with exposure to over $5 billion in assets spanning office, industrial, multifamily, self-storage, life science, and debt. Prior to co-founding Power Street Capital, he held senior roles at Rialto Capital and Redcar Properties. He holds a BS in Finance with a minor in Economics from the Orfalea College of Business at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.

Brian Parker

Co-Founder & Managing Partner

A nationally recognized advisor and Co-Founder of EP Wealth, Brian brings deep financial expertise and a track record of building lasting client relationships. He has earned a place on Forbes' Best-In-State Advisors, Barron's Top 1500, and the LA Business Journal's LA500, and has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Financial Advisor Magazine, and Financial Planning Magazine. His real estate interests led him to co-found Power Street Capital, where he combines investment discipline with personal ownership experience. He holds a BA in Economics from UC Santa Barbara and the CFP designation.
